Following on the heels of  Avid’s recent postponement of Q3 earnings (Avid Postpones Q3 Earnings Release) as well as the replacement  of CEO Gary Greenfield  (Avid Switches CEO’s on Heels of Declining Revenue Trend), Avid has now announced more bad news… a potential delisting from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange.

Apple Snares Adobe CTO

Adobe Systems Chief Technology Officer Kevin Lynch, is headed  to Apple as of March 22. Ironically Lynch is best known for criticizing Apple CEO Steve Jobs for failing to support Adobe’s Flash technology after Jobs famously trashed the software platform and forbade its use on any iPhone, iPad.

Chyron Downward Trend Continues

Chyron reported declining revenues and increased losses in 2012 Q4 & full year results for the period ended December 31, This continues the downward trend reported in Q3 – Chyron 2012 Q3 & Year to Date Revenue Down on 2011. The negative results follow the company’s close call with being delisted from NASDAQ in November - Chyron Gets NASDAQ Delisting Notice.  In September of 2008 the company was delisted from AMEX to NASDAQ.
